This Is Not A Thomas Kincaid Painting

Seriously, just look at that picture. Do I even need to write more? It looks like a gawsh-darn painting. Like, if you and I go to a bar (I’m just going to assume you’re a gentleman for the time being) and the most gorgeous woman walks in, do I need to sit there and sell her to you or are you just going to be dumbfounded to begin with? Exactly.
McFly

That’s right, I said McFly. I know you’re looking at me like I’m nuts but believe me there’s a method to my madness. Observe:
This house is on Lindsay Lane. That may not mean much to you, but to me, it reminds me of the fantastic 2000′s tune “Please Lindsay Please” by the immortal (except totally forgettable and awful) Brit pop-rock boy band McFly. Boom! How ya like me now.
We’re Gonna Go To New Hampshire.. Hee Yaaaahhh!!!!!

Alright L.A. Junction politicos, who remembers the 2004 Howard Dean campaign? Alright smart guys. Now who remembers what took the Dean train off the tracks? That’s right… the Hee-yahh speech. FYI, Dave Chapelle did an awesome remix song of it lol
Anyways, the connection was that this house is on New Hampshire Ave. All hilarious politician foot-in-mouth-ness aside, let’s get down to it. This restored, expanded, and re-imagined 1922 Los Feliz trophy property merges modern design elements with the authenticity of the home’s Roaring 20′s debut.
Elevator in House. Need I Say More?

Don’t be fooled by this modest exterior. This is an unbelievably swank Beverly Hills estate.
P.S. Here at the L.A. Junction we are fluent in sarcasm. So modest exterior really translates to “holy cr@p this house is insane, wait ’till you see the inside.”
So check out this spectacular 10,000 sq. ft. contemporary Mediterranean home, built in 2007, with a grand entertaining space, fine custom finishes, 7 bedrooms, a ground floor ballroom (yeah, like Beauty & The Beast style), a spa and a waterfall.
Beverly Hills… That’s Where I Want To Be

That’s right… it’s still over $5 million swagtastic week. And today we honor the great Weezer song with this unbelievably awesome house for a very famous person. That’s right… keep reading.
This is a rare A. Quincy Jones Tennis Court Estate. Newly restored in 2005 and pristinely cared for. No… not that Quincy Jones. Not the music mogul. But equally talented in architecture, posthumously awarded by the FAIA. Check it out.
