Ah… the good ol’ days. When Leave it to Beaver was the most popular show on TV, the greatest generation had just come home from the most potent victory in our nation’s history, The homes were as pure as the people in them.
LOLJK those times are awful. But they look awesome in retrospect! Especially when you’ve got a gorgeous classic house like this. Hop on and check this joint out.
Dat Spanish Lovin’ in Los Feliz

The Lakers don’t suck, Valentine’s Day was nice, and the sun is out again. Yes folks, love is in the air and nothing says sweet lovin’ like Spanish architecture in the coolest spot on Earf. Hop along the Junction and let’s check this puppy out…
Meticulously renovated and restored, this sprawling California Spanish is on a street-to-street lot and is located on one of Los Feliz’s premier streets: Nottingham. Doesn’t Nottingham even sound like a fancy name? Like a British castle…but you know, Spanish. Fancy schmancy.
Presidential Beauty in Echo Park
| February 18, 2013 | Posted by Matt under Real Estate |
Ah… President’s day. That awesomely random day off school. The day we look back and learn about George Washington and the Apple Tree (lie), Lincoln’s fight to end slavery (nope), FDR’s WW2 heroics (not his battle plan or execution), and how awful LBJ and Carter were kinda awful (also not true).
Anyhoo, all historical revisionism aside, let’s check out this awesome house in Echo Park!
