Today we look at… The Greenwood House… bum bum BUUUUMMMMMM. I don’t know why that’s supposed to be suspenseful but just roll with it.
As previously said, I present to you: The Greenwood House. Circa 1954, this masterpiece’s architect is Lee B. Kline. This is a post and beam tree house in the hills of Silver Lake on a street to street lot. Pretty snazzy stuff. Let’s check it out.

Best Pound for Pound Pad in Eagle Rock?

Top 5 at worst. The facts, specs, and pictures will really speak for themselves as to why I’m making such a lofty claim. Yes, Eagle Rock is chock full of awesome houses but at a quarter acre of land, massive lush green backyard, historical significance, classically designed but pristine conditioned Craftsman style, under $750K? Yeah. This is absolutely a top 5 local deal.
Obsession With Mad Men Gone Wild

Okay, I know I said a couple weeks ago that a home on Aberdeen looked like it would be lame Pete Campbell’s pad but… I mean… come on. If Don and Megan make it? This is the place right here.
Behold this Mid-Century Modern architectural staple on a premier Los Feliz street, Aberdeen. The interiors were done up nicely by the owner, Susann Thomason, whose work has been featured in magazines, TV, and the Pasadena Showcase House. And the landscape design was done by Tony Exter.
